For some events a refundable deposit, at the discretion of the committee, may be required against breakages and extra cleaning. For all evening events and weddings this deposit will be £150.

* Frequent use rates apply to ORGANISATIONS booking the premises at least 20 times per year.
** This includes setting-up and clearing-up time as per hiring agreement
